I fell in love with recruiting in 2012 when I began working at a staffing agency specializing in Marketing, Interactive, Creative and Technology. After working as an agency recruiter for a handful of years, I made the transition to recruiting for startups as the sole internal recruiter. My experience spans recruiting for Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Content, Product management , Customer Experience, People operations and Admin/Support talent. As an internal recruiter, I partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs, create strategies to attain and retain talent in addition to managing the existing pipelines including sourcing, coordinating, recruiting, closing.
